Morgan Lemaitre, CFP®, is the founder and CEO of Park City Wealth Advisors and co-founder of Park City Investment Solutions (PCIS). She’s known not just for her decade of experience in financial services, but for her deep commitment to empowering others — from clients and colleagues to fellow advisors and entrepreneurs.
Morgan’s journey into finance began in an unexpected place — on the golf course. As a professional golfer, she often found herself paired with financial advisors who spoke passionately about helping families reach their goals. Those conversations sparked her own calling: to bring that same level of purpose, structure, and possibility to people’s financial lives.
Driven by a passion for people, Morgan built her own wealth management firm in Park City, Utah, where she’s made it her mission to help families and founders align their wealth with their dreams. She later co-founded PCIS with Joshua Flade, CFA®, to extend that same philosophy to independent financial advisors nationwide — providing them with the institutional-grade investment expertise & partnership needed to grow confidently & serve clients at the highest level.
As a FINRA arbitrator and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, Morgan has long believed that integrity, education, and collaboration are at the heart of great advising. Her leadership in Park City’s entrepreneurial community reflects that same belief: that by sharing knowledge and building community, we all rise together.
Today, Morgan continues to blend her professional purpose with personal joy — raising her three children (including a spirited toddler named Poppy) with her husband, Daniel, in the mountains of Park City. Whether she’s mentoring advisors, speaking at leadership retreats, or helping clients design intentional financial lives, Morgan’s north star remains constant: Don’t be pushed by your problems — be led by your dreams.
