PCIS was born from Josh’s deep background in institutional investment management and portfolio construction, combined with firsthand exposure to the limitations many independent advisors face. Through his work with advisors and family offices, Josh saw a consistent gap between the sophistication of institutional investors, such as pensions and endowments, and the resources available to smaller firms. Morgan’s experience as an independent advisor reinforced that reality — the challenge of wearing many different hats while still trying to deliver high-quality investment outcomes.

Together, they built PCIS to bridge that gap: a platform designed to bring institutional depth, disciplined process, and data-driven investment solutions directly to advisors.
